Health Guarantee

Katspur Cattery guarantees that every kitten purchased will be in good health and free of the Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and the Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) at the time of purchase. Each kitten is also guaranteed to be free of intestinal parasites and up to date on all vaccinations. Each kitten comes with their own health record showing the shots and worming they received thus
far.

The buyer has a 5 day period to have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian. If the veterinarian feels the kitten has a serious health problem or life threatening hereditary or genetic problems, they must submit a report to Katspur Cattery stating the problem. The kitten may then be returned for a new kitten of similar quality. The buyer will be responsible for transportation and any related costs.

If the kitten purchased dies within 1 (one) year from the date of purchase due to hereditary or congenital defects, Katspur Cattery will replace the cat or kitten with one of similar quality. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS. To determine if the cat's death has been caused by a congenital or hereditary defect, Katspur Cattery must receive proof of the defect in the form of a complete autopsy report completed by a licensed veterinarian.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS KATSPUR CATTERY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET RELATED EXPENSES.

Failure to have the kitten examined by a veterinarian within the stated amount of time, or any evidence of abuse, neglect, or mishandling releases Katspur Cattery from any responsiblity regarding the kitten.

Any Attorney fees and court fees, which should arise from this Health Guarantee, will be paid by the purchaser of the kitten/cat.

A COPY OF THIS HEALTH GUARANTEE WILL BE MAILED TO YOU UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR DEPOSIT FOR A KITTEN. IT MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED BEFORE YOUR KITTEN WILL BE SHIPPED.
